In the event of cancellation for the customer’s convenience, a cancellation fee will be charged at the following rates.

| Cancellation on or after the 20th day (10th day in the case of one-day trip) counting back from the day before the trip start date | 20% of tour fee |
| Cancellation on or after the 7th day counting back from the day before the trip start date | 30% of tour fee |
| One day before the trip start date | 40% of tour fee |
| On the day of the trip start date | 50% of tour fee |
| No-show or no-show after the start of the trip | 100% of tour fee |
Please note that requests for cancellations or changes made on holidays or after business hours will be processed on the next business day.
